Hi, I'm supposed to run service package 3 and since I have renewed my subscription I have that message ( Your evaluation period of package 5 will end in x day(s)) each time I open the system. Please make sure I'm running the right package until the end of my current subscription wich I believe is february 2020. Thank you |

On 2019-11-14 you have activated the Service Package 5 Evaluation. So your account will have Package 5 features active until 2019-12-14. You have paid for Service Package 3. Sierra Chart Support |
