hi, I have data missing from 15.30 EST to 18.00 EST on my charts. (on my laptop) I have a second copy of sierra charts running on my PC for a sim account, and it has all the data. I have compared the Chart Settings, Global settings, etc on both and they are the same. They are running on the same data feed of OneUP traders. Both have same version running Version 2017 64bit (29263M) Can you please help me sort this. Regards |

We want you to update to the current version of Sierra Chart: Software Download: Fast Update And then after that re-download the data in the chart: Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download".
