I am having problems with my SC data feed. I cancelled all of my IB data feed and went with your Barchart Exchange Data Feeds - Full CME, ICE, U.S. Equites, and BATS. I did this primarily because I am trying to use studies related to cumulative delta studies and needed the higher quality data feed. It appears that I am not receiving this data. What makes me suspect this is that I use some custom studies that last week I purchased from mboxwave.com that are supported on your site. In comparing his chart illustrations with mine I realized that his data looked different than mine in the studies. I sent him an email and asked what I was doing wrong. He said it appears that I am still connected to the IB data. I have reviewed and reset all of my Data/Trade Service connections and see nothing wrong. Can you please look at my connections and confirm that I am properly connected to the real time SC data feeds. I can't imagine that I am not. Where else would any data come from? I cancelled the data from IB as stated above. Related to this is that my data feeds were evidently cancelled for lack of funds from 12/31/19 until this afternoon. However, reactivating them made no difference in how the data looked on my screen. That is odd too. Where was the data coming from if it was cancelled? I will be sending you a message log as soon as I send this so you can look things over. |

Go to a chart for one of the symbols and then perform the following procedure: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download". I signed up for • Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts • ICE USA • US Equites • BATS You told me that I should sign up for ICE which I did.
