No bid/ask volume data on Sierra Chart Historical Data Service

I tried to use Sierra Chart Historical Data Service to see Apple stock historical data: 1. Service to SC Data/All Services 2. 1 Tick data set Unfortunately I see the price and the volume but no Bid and Ask Volume. Also the minimal timeframe is 1min (even if I set it to 30 sec the label says 30sec but all bars are the same as 1min) As per documentation it should be working fine for last few days data: At least 180 days of historical tick by tick data is provided for US stocks. Usually there is 1 year of tick by tick data available. Prior to this the US stock data is in 1 minute units and begins in 2008.
I do see all delayed data for all CME futures with that configuration (with bid and ask volume and also streaming depth) Date Time Of Last Edit: 2019-12-02 19:12:39

Tick by tick data with Bid volume and Ask volume is available and actually you should not have gotten any historical Intraday data due to your account type.
