Accessing "Initial Simulated Account Balance" from ACSIL?

Hi, is it possible to access the value set in "Initial Simulated Account Balance" from ACSIL? If not, please guide me in the proper ACSIL direction so I can set a variable amount with the following requirements: - It must be set manually, and will not change unless I do need to change it manually which will be infrequent. - It must be accessible from any study. - It must easily be modifiable (like with "input name" of a study). Should I set a global variable for this, and make it an input?
