Rolled symbols lost intra day data

I am using a Rithmic feed with the 2018 pre release. On Nov 29 the ZB (30 year bond) rolled from Dec to March. Also the GC (Gold) rolled from Dec to Feb on Nov 28. Sierra is not displaying any intra day data for both ZBH0 and GCG0 before Nov 27, 18:00 EST.

Update to prerelease 2019: Software Download: Fast Update After that: Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download".
