Topsteptrader Rithmic Data Feed shows only Intraday Data

hello, I recently was using CQG data feed and no problems, but today I started a combine with TST and connected Sierra to Rithmic and only shows me intraday data. no historical data at all. In chart setting the data range is only from 2019-11-28 to 2019-11-28. I can't change it. Thank you |
