How to Move Window Tab Bar To Bottom of Charts

Somehow I inadvertently moved the "window tab bar" (indicated by the red arrow on screen shot) to the top/above my charts (not sure how I did this). How do I move it back to the bottom (indicated by the blue arrow)? Thanks in advance.
