my account runs through 11/30 with transact would like to transfer to Sierra charts and upgrade to package 5...I've already cancel my account through transact need some help Thanks |

We have set your Sierra Chart account to service package 5 now. The problem you are having is that once you have opted out of Sierra Chart through Transact, they require you apparently to sign some fee disclosure.
