How to disable resize Main Window to Fullscreen on DoubleClick in Chart Tab?

If my Main window of SC is not Fullscreen , and push DoubleClick(some times 1 Click too) in chatbook at Chart Tab, main window resized to Fullscreen. Howto disable them? |
