Hello, I setup the denali feed but I am not seeing the M in the chart or receiving real time data. Can you please look? I'm looking at an ES chart.

I use NinjaTrader with Dorman. However right now I just want the ability to SIM trade with Sierra.

The more I'm reading I'm seeing that there is a delayed stream no in the package 5. Do you think this is a better option?

Would you be ok with delayed data? If so we can cancel and refund the real-time data feed. You can continue to be with Dorman and use Sierra Chart for trading. You can use our TT based order routing with Dorman.

Ok you just need to update Sierra Chart by selecting Help >> Download Current Version. If you need further help let us know. An update is all that is needed. Hi and thanks for the call. It's been 10 minutes and still the only thing that is streaming is the DOM on the right side of my charts. The charts itself only update when historical data is downloaded.
