4 times and not way to upgrade to current version

I try and I sent out "sent log to support" to upgrade to current version but the procedure stop at last files to download and did not go over. It did happen in the past to and after 1 hour or so I downloaded and worked but there's must besomething wrong somewhere. thx

Update worked out but not with current version only with prerelease2012
