CME or CBOT for US interest rates products with Sierra Chart real data feed?

Hello, in order to have the feed with market depth for US interest rate products (Tnote and treasuries), should I subscribe to full CME, or should I subscribe to CBOT?

You would just require the CBOT exchange.
