SC running really slow since upgrade

Hi there - I received a message this morning about an upgrade to the newest version, so I did, and now I wish I hadn't. Every operation is taking way too long, like 2 seconds between mouse-click and response. The machine isn't thrashing, as you can see by the attached screenshot. I'm sure this is caused by the upgrade though, as it's been fine till this morning. Any insight much appreciated |
