Various issues using Sierra chart

Good Morning, there are more issues I experience with Sierra Chart. Very slow start of the system, usually freeze the whole system, gaps in charts in times when there are no gaps /chcecked with other providers/ these gaps are after new start of the system /find attached today morning/, some charts are not working, etc, whole system is slow and not working as ususal. I have tried various possibilities from your support board but without change. Thank you, Peter |

For the slow performance issue, refer to help topic 30: High CPU Usage | Inactive User Interface | Poor Performance | Long Time to Load Chart Data | Charts Reloading Often If you are using the OpenGL option, disable that: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/GraphicsSettings.html#UseOpenGLFforChartGraphics In regards to missing chart data, follow the instructions below so we can know what the problem is: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download".
