URGENT - market data cut out in middle of session

I have had no problems with market data up until now. I am connecting my IB live account once a month but use SC data service. Market data annoyingly cut out in the middle of the session. I have not been able to trade without it. It's been paid for in full at the beginning of the month and its the 15th....what is your solution to this please? The data is from CME. Kindly reply to this. |

At what time did this occur? Tell us one of the symbols there was a problem with. We have a new data feed available call the Denali exchange data feed. This was from around 6pm onwards London time (1pm EST). It happened on ESZ19, NQZ19, RTYZ19, CLZ19, HGZ19, ZNZ19, GCZ19 and a few others. The prices in my quoteboard all showed 0 except for CFD data.

At this point we do not know what the problem was in your particular case but we have activated your Sierra Chart account for the Denali Exchange Data Feed. The network this data feed runs on is different, and also the authorizations are fully handled by us and it does not involve Barchart. Not likely that there was a problem with either of those. The data is now working again - thank you for fixing this. I have no preference in which feed I use, as long as it works. I do not seem to be recieiving real time data on calendar spreads - looking at Dec20-Dec21 on CL nymex, I should have access to this.
