Since a few updates I am having issues recording market depth data - I have enabled the option in the global symbol settings but it's not recording anything? what am i doing wrong?

Is the option at the top of the Symbol Settings window for Use Custom Symbol Settings Values enabled? This has to be enabled for the changes that you make to the symbols to take effect. Refer to the following:
Global Symbol Settings: Use Custom Symbol Settings Values (Global Settings >> Symbol Settings)
