1- As per my prior posts, make the whole saving and calling up of a desired window more efficient. Not sure if anyone else has a similar setup but I have around 8 chartbooks each containing up to 35 windows(And growing!) And right now, I for one would immediately benefit from a better organized structure with regard to the WAC. 2- When using the "Duplicate chart to another chartbook & Switch to that chartbook" function, perhaps the other chartbook should open up to the chart you just moved?..presently it opens up in what appears to be a random spot in that chartbook..why do I need to now go to the very end tab to find the chart I saved?..Come on man ;-) 3- The ability to sort items in the "Windows:" field alphabetically when in the WAC. This would at least allow us to quickly see that there are duplicate entries in any particular Chartbook.. Net net, the WAC seems to be the way to organize your chartbooks. Would be great if it was enhanced to be more efficient. Just say'n.. Great product all the same... Happy Holidays! J. |

Hi, I'm looking to see how the volume of the opening 30 minute period(9:30-10:00AM EST)compares to the exact same time slot 1,2,3..10..or X days ago. So, I'm very familiar with the Average Volume indicator but that, more or less, takes all the time periods of the day into account. I'm more concerned with the Average Volume as it compares to exactly the same time slot on a prior day or that same time slot 10 days ago or 3 weeks ago..etc..etc. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Hey Tom, you had mentioned in this thread that #2 was solved. On my platform today it's still like it used to be. Do I need to download a newer version to see this change? I presently have v1039 Thanks again, Jonathan |

Hi, I seem to have an issue where the Sierra Globe icon disappears from my taskbar. The program is still running but I have to now access it via double clicking on Sierra in the Applications Tab of my Task Manager. And although this will bring my Sierra platform to the front, the icon still doesn't show in the taskbar. Only after the laborious task of closing and re-opening it again, does the icon return to my taskbar..until awhile later when the cycle happens yet again. And this doesn't happen with any of the other icons/programs that are running simultaneously. So, I don't think it's my system.. Any thoughts? Thanks so much, J. |

In response to post #10, this is absolutely a system problem on your side. And is not within the scope of our support.

Do I see a new "CW" column? Or if not, has it now been alphabetized? :-) Anyway, thanks so much as I already found multiple duplicative windows..not to mention the new speed that I can now scan my workbooks.. You guys rock! |

Hi, is there a way to not show(temp turn off) a particular aspect of an indicator. I'm interested in the DMI study but not sure I want to view 2 of it's included components ADX & ADXR. Thanks so much, J. |

These questions are not posted in the proper thread. Please start a new thread for them. In response to post #13, you can set any of the Study Subgraphs to Ignore or Hidden. Gotcha..So back to my Santa's List(never too early to start for next Christmas :-)) I have a saved "Study Collection" that contains 6 different indicator sub-graphs. I'm a firm believer that too much confusion is never enough ;-) Anyway, as you might imagine, my window can get a bit crowded especially when I want to concentrate on, and get a better look at, 1 or 2 of the 6. It would be great if there was a "Maximize/Minimize" option in the Right Click menu to accomplish this. So, I right click inside say the Stochastics Sub-graph, click Maximize(Hot key would be huge to even cut out this step) and my crowded window now only shows the Chart(Sub-graph 1) and the Stochastics indicator(Sub-graph 4). And while we're at it, at this point, the divider between sub-graphs is based on either a random setting or I don't really know. I tend to re-adjust as now only having 2 Sub-graphs taking up a full page makes a 50/50 split the more obvious choice. Unfortunately, if I now minimize Stochastics Sub-graph, the window would naturally revert to the usual 6 indicator view, I have to re-size them all again in reference to the primary sub-graph #1..The Chart. Anyway, if the system could remember/store the different splits for Maximized/Post-Maximized views would be awesome too. Thanks so much for even considering my choices as no doubt you must have a full plate at all times. Regards, Jonathan Date Time Of Last Edit: 2014-01-11 15:36:55
