Hi, can i pay extra fee to download additional tick data older than Feb, 2018 for NASDAQ equities Level 1?

Does it need to be tick by tick data? US equities data earlier than a particular date is going to be in a 1 minute format but the tick by tick data should go back at least 1 year.
