Denali configuration problem. I can't trade.

Hi, I followed step by step the documentation to configure Denali (previously I had CQG) but it does not work properly. I set the Data/Trade service (you can see the attached picture), I have done the "Translate Symbol To Current Service" in Edit menu, the program downloaded the data and update correctly the charts, but it not receive the real time data.. the DOM is empty.. what is wrong in the configuration? I am an AMP customer. Thank's |
