SC data feed - not respecting max depth of market levels

Data Trade Service Settings | Max Time & Sales Depth Levels = 20 Chart Settings | Market Depth = 20 Expected behaviour: All CME group Symbols show 20 levels of market depth Actual behaviour: COMEX GC shows only 10 levels, CME ES and other products show dozens of levels.
