Hi, I'm trying to log on to SC's this evening and am unable. I'm getting this message, "Connection error message from service: Rithmic Trading / Logon error received from server / Date-Time: 2019-10-29 18:50:00 I'm thinking this may only be a temporary problem, but just in case there's some other problem I thought I'd better contact you. Hi, I'm wondering if there is any progress in figuring out what is going on? Everything is the same as last night. SC's loads everything but won't connect to the live data. I had something like this once with the Jigsaw Trading platform and the problem was that I had started to use FireFox as a browser and its virus protection was disrupting the connection to JS. I don't have FF anymore and the virus protection I use are MS Security Essentials and Malwarbytes free version haven't created any problems before. Looking at the Message Log it looks like there's something wrong with the Rithmic order routing or Rithmic data but the data runs perfectly well on the JS platform currently. I'm hoping we can get this resolved soon... Thanks |
