Market Depth Historical Graph is not working when I connect to the Interactive Brokers for live Trading with Denali Exchange Data feed. But, when I am connecting to the SIM account it is working good. Please find the attached screenshots. Please let me know if any additional settings needs to be changed.

The first thing we want you to do is to go to that chart and select File >> Open Market Depth Window. Do you see the market depth data displayed?
