There is a procedure for this and there is an associated cost. Refer to: Trade Activity Log Analysis: Support Assisted Trade Activity Log Analysis But understand we do not think we can probably help with this. Who is your broker? We really do not recommend using Rithmic. Technical help for Rithmic is being discontinued: Technical Help for Rithmic is Now Discontinued as of December 1, 2019. User599279 - You are actually setup to be able to use the Sierra Chart software on up to 3 computers at the same time. In general, we allow 2 computers with most accounts, but you are paying for an additional 3rd computer for $12.00 USD per month. Refer to the information here regarding licensing and how to enable/disable the extra system: Sierra Chart Purchase and License Information: Licensing / Number of Systems Apart from that, the main issue really is in relation to the data. Due to the exchanges rules you can only access the data on one computer at a time. Therefore, even though you can have multiple Sierra Charts running on different computers, you can only get the data to one of them. Therefore, you will have to make sure that when you are moving between computers that you are disconnected from the data feed (or exit out of Sierra Chart altogether) so you can access the data on the other computer. Refer to the following for more information: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartRealTimeFuturesStockDataFeed.php#Connections For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
