General Trade Settings | Open the Trade Service Log When a New Message is Added = checked Trade Service Log - clear log, close. Action: place a bid which would cause the max position for the symbol to be exceeded. Expected behaviour - Trade Service Log opens Actual behaviour - Trade Service Log does not open, but when opening it manually there are new messages (order will cause Symbol Setting Position Limit to be exceeded). Make sure this option is not enabled: General Settings Window: Never Automatically Open Message Log or Trade Service Log (Global Settings >> General Settings >> Log >> Log) But we will check in the case you mentioned if the log is not set to automatically open.
