Hi I have tried to open the natural gas(NYMEX) spreads by the find symbol method, but the spreads are opening some other prices chart(the wrong chart does not load fully,ie it does not have a scroll) Please tell me how to open the NYMEX Natural gas spreads(Henry Hub) . for example: this "NG:HH F20-G20.FUT_SPREAD.NYMEX" is supposed to open the jan20-feb20 spread, but it is not opening.Thanks |
