Hello, I'm using Denali and "SC Data - All Services" in the DTC settings. I can see that my connection is to a Chicago based server (216.1.90.129) As I'm located in England, the latency is relatively high. How can I change my connection to point to server nearer to me eg. London or Germany ? |

Same issue using "SC Futures Order Routing/Data" with the Primary Server set to Server 6 (London). Chart data appears to be transferred from a Chicago based IP address and not London server.

Yes the CME market data does come from Chicago, and this is not relevant because the exchange is in Chicago. You are not going to get any lower latency by going through London. Having a server in London for market data would only increase latency further.
