So you have a Transact account now? Did you want to trade CME and EUREX markets? Or just CME? Let us know. This is important so we can guide you properly in regards to the data feed. You need to follow the Transact set up instructions here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/TransAct.php#SetupInstructions And most likely you will get a connection error and to resolve that, follow the instructions here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/TransAct.php#AccountLogonError And we recommend using our own data feed rather than Transact to avoid data lagging issues. As an Transact user, I'm also thinking of moving to the newer Sierra Denali datafeed. But it doesn't have EUREX yet, only CME. Is there a low-cost option that would allow Denali users to also get EUREX bundled from Sierra as well? |
