I use a code that moves SL to BE with open profit trigger (ticks). All worked good for weeks when trading with GAIN Capital connection Now I switched to Interactive Brokers and I see orders cannot be modified because Stop1InternalOrderID and Stop2InternalOrderID are ZERO (see the screen) Can somebody provide any hint what could be causing this? I have set General Trade Settings -> Servers Side OCO = ON / Server Side Bracket Orders = ON ... |

As long as there is no error submitting the orders and the order has specified attached orders, then Stop1InternalOrderID and Stop2InternalOrderID will be set. Check your code and make sure that the new order structure specifies the offsets of the Stop Attached Orders and that they actually are submitted. And that you actually are getting those particular internal order IDs.There just should not be any trouble with this. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
