Charts won't open Energy Contracts

I've been trying to open the CL and GC contracts on the charts, but these won't open. I am doing the evaluation with OneUp and those are permissible products to trade. Is there anything specific I need to do to have those products turned on? Thanks in advance! ThunderKat |
