[User Discussion] - Studies only being loaded from certain date

I have a chart with Volume at Price Threshold and Cumulative Delta Bar studies attached, however they only appear from 30-09-2019 even thought chart has sufficient days loaded to go back several months earlier. I have tried "Delete and Download" and "Reload and Recalculate" but this doesn't help. The studies were visible for the full chart period up until I stopped the subscription while I moved house but are not visible now. Please can someone advise?
