Chart values do not appear when I am using chart values / crosshairs

I am using the crosshairs and when I go to say a bar 20 minutes ago and click on it, I do not get the chart values to popup. The only chart values that I get are the current ones. What can I do? Thank you, Larry |

Make sure you are using the Tool Values Window and not the Chart Values Window. Refer to the information here for the Tool Values Window: Window, CB and CW Menus: Tool Values Window (Window) Also be aware of the Compact Tool Values Window. John, Thank you for your response. I have read the information on the link that you sent. I made sure that I had the tools..chart value window enable, I went to the reset window. I still can't get any values to show up on any past bars. Thank you, Larry |

John, My problem started with a download to a new computer. I am using the same settings on my new computer as my old one. The values shows in my old computer but not my new one. Thank you, Larry |

You stated tools..chart value window enable
Just to make sure you are getting the right one - go to the pulldown for Window and select Tool Values Window. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing Date Time Of Last Edit: 2019-10-04 21:02:39
