My chart bounces with every tick on my TPO charts. I have downloaded and installed the current display driver and restarted my computer. Any solution? Thank you.

Set the Scale Range to Automatic. Refer to: Chart Scale and Scale Adjusting: Chart Bars or Studies Not Completely within View, Not Displayed, or Cut Off. Reset Scales.
