I've subscribed to Sierra Chart Real-time Exchange Data Feed for the Full CME Group and BATS exchanges. I've selected the 20 real-time symbols package. The SC user guide says that when both equities and futures or indices exchanges are activated, the symbol limit is 125% of the otherwise stated max, with sublimits of 90% equities and 35% futures and indices. By my math this means for me a max of 125% x 20 = 25 real-time symbols, with sublimits of 90% x 25 = 22.5 for equities and 35% x 25 = 8.75 for futures and indices. Two questions: (1) does the max of 8.75 futures and indices mean I can receive real-time data for 9 futures and indices symbols? I assume the answer is yes. (2) If I identify a "Trade and Current Quote Symbol" and select "Use As Trade Only Symbol" in Chart Settings for a real-time chart of a different but related futures symbol, will the chart effectively count as receiving data for 2 futures symbols? I assume the answer is yes. Thanks for your guidance -- I'm a new SC subscriber, so still working my way up the learning curve. I appreciate your help. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2019-10-02 21:10:44

You really just need to switch up to 100 symbols when using one of the equities exchanges . This is the only proper solution here. Let us know if you want help with that.
