My bracket order did not trigger

I had a simple bracket order 10 ticks away to close and 10 ticks to stop out and it did not trigger properly. I know it reached my closed order and only closed out 5 positions but worst it reached my stop and only closed out 3 positions now I have 12 positions going against me wtf. It's a simple bracket order there shouldn't be anything to this. |
