When Trade and Current Quote Symbol was set to a different value than Symbol in Chart Settings panel and Symbol was changed, in previous versions the Trade and Current Quote Symbol window went blank. In current version this is no longer the case the Trade and Current Quote Symbol retains the different value and strangely, symbol linked charts now also pick up the different symbol in Trade and Current Quote Symbol window. Please advise |

You need to manage the Trade and Current Quote Symbol yourself fully. It is not going to automatically clear any longer and it is copied when using Chart Linking and using the Symbol option. But we will see about adding a separate linking option for it. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. I can clear the Trade and Current Quote Symbol in a study by setting sc.TradeAndCurrentQuoteSymbol = "", however the linked charts still pick up the symbol from the previous setting in Trade and Current Quote Symbol. It will be of great help if you can add a separate linking option for Trade and Current Quote Symbol. |

Just updated to v2005 and note that option to use a separate linking option for Trade and Current Quote Symbol is not yet available. Will you be able to add this at some point? Please advise |
