Hi, I am using the "Run Program When This Alert" option under "General Settings" -> "Alerts" tab. I see by default my external program is receiving only the Alert number as a parameter. Is there any way to pass any other alert info to the external program? |

What other parameter did you need?

Ideally parameters to get the info from the fields found in "Alert Manager", like "Type", "Source" and "Alert Text". This way external program can parse for example the raw string of "Alert Text" and get all the details. |

That is not the same request, and also it was made from an expired account.

Hey Sierra Chart Engineering - love how you guys always work on community items. Was wondering, was this request implemented? I am looking for a way to pass the spreadsheet formula results to external program as parameters. For example... 1. Trading: Position Average Price 2. Trading: Profit/Loss Text 3. Trading: Daily Profit/Loss Any ideas? |
