[Programming Help] - position closed incorrectly

Please help me in case of incorrect closing of the position. The position closes about 25.4 P higher than the actual price of the stock. Attached screenshot of a closed position. I also noticed that Dom graph on charts is not drawing properly. Please help. |

Not totally sure about the incorrect fill price but we want you to want you to update to the current version of Sierra Chart following the instructions here: Software Download: Fast Update That is not going to correct an existing fill price though. We are not really sure in your case what the issue is with that. With the new connection that Sierra Chart has to Transact there is only the best bid and ask prices available. Engineering, are you saying it is Transact's problem? I see I'm not the only one experiencing this.

Yes and there are others experiencing the problem with incorrect bid and or ask prices from Transact. We did let them know about it.
