how do I get the cancel all button to work

My cancel all button is in gray and did not cancel a limit order I wanted to cancel. In the Global Settins -- Chart Trade Settings -- it lists everything but that to activate or deactivate. Where is it located as this seems to be the logical place?

This would indicate that there are no active orders for the Symbol and Trade Account that Trade Window is for. Maybe you are looking at the wrong Trade Window.
