In the last few days I've started to have this problem intermittently. I trade the RTY - Z contract and I use the Micro RTY's as my execution. I have a Footprint chart that shows the RTY data with the Micro setup as the trade and current quote symbol and 'use as trade symbol only' radio button selected. Now every time I try to set a live order, I get this error and I'm not sure why. Please help. |

Additionally, I opened another chart and submitted an order with only the micros on it and the order went through. Again, this has been an intermittent problem that is now persisting.

I've done this now, I'll advise if that worked - I opened a historical chart for the symbol and I added the symbol to the list as well.
