Yesterday installed a new copy of 1061, set it to download 2 days of data at 1 tick. I opened a chart for ESZ3 and SC started downloading data from september... It downloaded the *whole* contract at 1 tick which came to 950MB. Downgraded to 1038, deleted the scid file, downloaded ESZ3 again and got 2 days of data. |

Yes, this is true. 100 days minimum is downloaded to ensure the user gets a significant amount of data or all of the data for a futures contract.
