Hello, in my ES chartbook I use a chart with calculated values from another chart, but since yesterday it stopped working. It's only printing zero's, although the source chart is printing the values correctly. If I open a new chart and set up the Number Bars Calculated Values, it also works. What could I try to do to get it back working? I use the same template with other instruments and they do their job properly. |

The zero prints occur in the chart called "CT Footprint". As you can see in the "Delta" chart the data is inherited correctly

The general problem is that there are fewer bars in the charts that are referenced than there are in the CT Footprint chart. You are getting a message in your Log that states "Reference chart has different number of bars than destination chart. Unable to calculate" that indicates this. If you increase the number of days in the referenced charts by 1, then there will not be a problem. We have looked through the typical settings, and we do not see anything that would cause this discrepancy, but we did not dig too deep. Still, this is the general problem you are having. I tried many different variations with increasing / decreasing number of days, but nothing works. The weird thing is that the charts with the same settings work flawless with other instruments like Dax and Crude

When we leave the number of days at 7 for the CT Footprint chart, but change the number of days to 8 for the VLarge, Large and Small charts, things work fine. The CT Footprint chart needs to have the fewest days, so that the data from the other charts will fit into it.

I just got it working by setting up CT Footprint to 2 days and leaving the others with 7
