Hi, I'm running Sierra with IBs TWS on the latest versions. All of a sudden my ES charts do not update. I have done several things including the delete of all data and the data files themselves. What I get is some weird data basically all the same price level and then it runs into the IB pacing violation. In general, how do I get the Sierra historical data backfill up to the current point where then IB realtime takes over? Of course I read the documentations and also I'm a long time Sierra user, but it just does not seem to work. What is absolutely weird is that it tries to get data from march when the chart settings are set to load only 30 days... In general, why is also the historical sierra chart data not loading? |

Ok, thanks. Works again. Don't really know what solved the problem I was working on for two days now... But how do I get the most detailed Sierra backfill up to the IB realtime data? So far I see that it only comes up to a certain time and not actually up to the point when I open the chart. Actually it is that I would demand from a backfill. Is it possible to get the backfill up to the time opening the chart, so that the historical data is solely from Sierra? If not, how much 5 second data you think is possible to get from IB untill running into the pacing violation? I have only a very limited demand here. Only one or a few days ES data.
