Hi There - I loaded up a TPO chart file from a fellow trader since I wanted to use his settings. I updated the symbol since I am using a different data provider. However for some reason his TPO template is not loading up the data for me to display the TPO charts. It is possible for you to call me and walk me thru this please? Regards |

You need to change your Sierra Chart account to the Advanced service package: To change your Sierra Chart Service Package, select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart program menu. On the displayed webpage, click on the "Set Service Package for Renewal" link.
