Crude (CL) isn't updating

Crude (CL-201401-NYMEX) charts are not updating...it only updates if I delete and download data

It updates in TWS...

looks like it was a TWS issue..I updated to the latest version and seems to be working now.

We see you are using the Sierra Chart data feed. Therefore, you should always be getting market data regardless of any issues in TWS. Do you you see an [M] after the symbol on the title bar of the CL-201401-NYMEX chart?

yup, I checked that first.

I Deleted and downloaded data a few times...nothing
I removed all indicators, then Deleted and downloaded data....nothing
I created a new chartbook & intraday chart... nothing
I closed everything and rebooted. still nothing
finally, I downloaded the new TWS & it started updating

I dunno. Seems ok now.

We discovered that the CL data feed on one of our servers had stopped. It is now working again. Therefore, the problem was on our side. The updating of TWS solving the problem was only coincidental.
