Using the SC futures data feed. Connected to live IB account through TWS. I downloaded ver 1061 over the weekend. I worked some in a chartbook that I use for replay, not my normal live chartbooks. I came in this morning and the software was frozen, preventing my mouse from working at all. I had to do a computer shutdown with programs still running. When I restarted and tried opening chartbooks, I get a Chartbook File is not a Valid Chartbook message in the log. The book I was using and some others will open, but none of my regular live books. When I tried to refresh data into the book that would open and the cbot ZN did not refresh properly. I saw the tech bulletin about cbot symbols but no mention of the chartbook issue. I tried rolling back to 1056 but no change. I am back on 1061. Download and delete brings in some but not all and not correct data for the ZN. The NQ data seems ok. Thanks

We see no reason why resetting the computer would affect Chartbooks. If a Chartbook indicates it is not valid, then it is damaged. Follow the instructions here to use a backup Chartbook: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/doc_Chartbooks.html#BackupChartbook The technical notice about TT FIX on this support board does not apply to you. Ignore it. We are not clear what your problem is with the ZN chart. Please be more descriptive. On the title bar of that chart do you see [M] displayed?
