Good Morning, While I was watching my chart this morning, the system automatically put me into a buy order. I never set this up or requested this order entry. I went back into my trade activity to verify that it was not me who entered the market, and was able to verify that it was not. My trade activity stated that it was a "synchronized internal order." When I enter the market, it reads as a "user order entry." That was not the case for today. How do I go about getting reimbursed for the loss I incurred for a market order that I never initiated. In the terms and conditions it reads that brokers can exit you out of a position, but nowhere does it state that they can enter into a market order for you unless they have written authorization. May someone please assist? Thank you |
