Trading dome on simulator disappears when trying to make a simulated trade. Also problem with new computer copy program from old computer which was 17 inch screen and the new computer is 14 inch

This is not making any sense to us. How can a chart or Trading DOM window just simply disappear? Is there an abnormal shutdown of Sierra Chart?
