Hi, I'm fairly new to SC. I have a chart template that my friend sent me that I uploaded. It says symbol is not found because it has expired. How do i change the expired symble to the current front month for the ES? Also, is there a technician I can schedule with a remote session for a platform overview with certain studies/chart settings I want to set up? Thanks HN |

Hi, I followed the steps to update the symbol but it appears to still not be loading. I've also followed the steps to make sure the setting for "show chart drawings for different symbols" was also enabled. When following the steps above, I still am not able to see anything on the chartbook. All i see are blank black screens. I attached a screen shot of my screen. Please advise. Thanks |
