Real time connection issue for ES futures

I found my ES futures quoting is delayed even though I paid for all required fees. Could someone help me for the problem? Thanks.

Based on the exchange fee that you are using you need to connect Sierra Chart your funded trading account. I am still using the trial version and I do not have any of the broker account. Is it still possible to connect to live feed? I heard my friend say that he did not require to activate an account when he was using trial version in order to receive live data... Thanks.

Certain types of data are available as Real-Time without the need to pay for the Real-Time data. This is all documented here: Real-Time Data: What Real-Time Data is Directly Included with the Service Packages Note that this does not include the ES futures, or any of the CME exchanges. In order to get Real-Time data at the lower (Non-Professional) rate, you would have to have a funded trading account and connect to it.
